We apply the competance based interview. Firstly, in the direction of staff establishment, we evaluate our employees for the vacant positions. In the same time, we set up the candidates who have required qualifications by evaluating the applications for our announcement.    

At least two interview are made with the candidates and recruitment experts and rconcerned manager.

During the process of employment, we evaluate the basic skills like ambition of success, responsibility and initiative, customer orientation.
